Sculptor Matthew Gray Palmer… bound for the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Springs, Co.
This post was meant for my PhotoLog, but I posted it at TedBook by mistake… I’ll get the hang of it eventually… Check out my PhotoLog: http://tedstrutzdotme.wordpress.com/
Impressive!!!
Very! Hi Irish Ellie.
That first one looks so real.
It really does, close up too.
Very good work Ted, it does look very real, He has real talent
It really does, Aggie. He is going to color them and then ship them on a flatbed truck to the Zoo.
COOL, Maybe you can get more pics sometime
Well, that’s one sculpture you’ll “never forget”. Sorry…couldn’t help myself. 🙂
Good One!
It’s an elephant on roller skates! 🙂 What an awesome beastie!
Would have been interesting to see them push it… the other one didn’t have wheels… I’m not sure how they moved her…
Thought that first one was real till I saw the wheels. Amazing the level of reality in sculpture and paintings nowadays. Some talent!
You should see the sight when driving down the street… looks like real elephants! I’ll do a drive-by today and snap a pic…
I understand someone just recently walked a tightrope across the falls. Would that do?
Oops, sorry. That last comment about the falls was supposed to be in answer to a comment you posted on my blog about Niagara Falls. One day I’ll get the hang of this…
Ha… it does take practice, 18…
Gotto love elephants! This is fun and the sculptor made them look real. A surprise while driving for certain. Thanks for visiting my blog. Looks like you live in a wonderful, imaginative place. Thanks for sharing.
